- Ready Stock products need 1-3 working days not including weekend and public holiday after items successful purchased. (West Malaysia)
- Ready Stock products need 3-5 working days not including weekend and public holiday after items successful purchased. (East Malaysia)
- Ready Stock products first come first served basis,
- We do not accept Exchange, Return and Refund after order are successfully placed unless the defect.
Preorder预定订单
- Preorder products are taking 4-5 WEEKS working days. Order will be fulfil by above working days after upon payment verification. Working days not including weekend and public holiday. For Pre-order products We do not accept urgent order.
- Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items.
- You can decide to ship together or separately when checkout if your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s). If order need ship separately, you may need to pay extra postage charges. (West Malaysia RM8 / Sarawak Malaysia RM20 / Sabah Malaysia RM20 / Singapore RM35.
- Preorder will be fulfilled after stock arrive, Unable to specify shipping date.
- Preorder stocks available are not fixed, if item out of stock, we will contact you by email/WhatsApp by change another design. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
- Preorder products will be following batch by batch working days. Products shipping date will be notice on products page (Stock Available).
- We do not accept Exchange, Return and Refund after order are successfully placed.
Shipping/Postage 发货事项
- We only accepted once for New order and Previous order combined to ship together, You may completed payment first with your new order and contact us your pervious order(s) and new order(s) numbers on FB messenger or WhatsApp.
- We only accept Online Transfer/Bank-in, No Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Postages are not refundable.
- Combining orders to get Free Shipping are not available at here. Free Shipping only for Single Receipt order.
