Return & Refund Policy

We shall refund your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within 24 hours after your order status have been listed as processing and prior shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order status have been listed as complete and received an email for the tracking number, you are not allowed to do refund.

 

Product sold are not entitle for refund unless it meet the below following condition.

 

We offer a 7 days money back guarantee (from received date) for defective product, such as product(s) broken, dusted and diamond drop off. Beside the defective product, we are not allow to change / refund. All the transportation / shipping fees must pay by customers.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, label still attached & not washed.

 

We also offer to change size, if you can’t fit the dress. Customer may contact our customer service within 3 days. The exchange is not including shipping fees. Shipping fees will be follow the flat price. Customer must return back the dress with good conditions, no perfume smell, no broken and with original dress tag.

 

For any return request that fall under the below category will not be considered.

  • Color of products may varies due to lighting used / edit adjustment and please allow 10% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
  • There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and different measurement and batch production. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please send a message to us for your best fit. Exchange for this reason will not be entertain.
  • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
  • All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
If the product do not have any defects, we only will refund the product actual value and does not include the original shipping fees.
Refunds in the form of cash voucher are not exchangeable to cash. Please choose the option correct.

 

Pricing:
No adjustments of the products price are located in the site. All the products price are not included shipping fees, customers shall pay the shipping fees that listed in shipping info. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Product Availability:
Uniqacces reserves the right to limit quantities able to be ordered by customers. If an order is reduced in accordance with this clause, the price payable by the customer for that ordered will be adjust accordingly. Uniqacces may delay dispatch of orders due to stock availability.

 

Purchase & Cancellation
All the orders are automatically deleted and without any prior notice, If payment not completed in 24 hours. Uniqacces reserve the right to refuse/ cancel an order without any prior notice, if the product ordered is no longer available in stock. Customers have responsibility to check their order status before the orders completed shipped. Your shopping cart is not means reserved and it may be purchased by others, if you leave it.

 

Delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Do contact us via Live Chat at the lower right and left bottom or via our Facebook Page, Uniqacces Support Team will gladly to assist you. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement products(s) within 10-14 working days.

 

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
